My research has mainly focused on the use of Bayesian statistical methods for solving complex scientific problems. The theoretical aspects of my research include Bayesian asymptotics for nonparametric statistical inference and Bayesian testing and model selection. On the methodological side, I am interested in Bayesian hierarchical modeling, optimal design, copulas and multiple comparisons. I have also participated in cross-disciplinary studies in toxicology, and environmental health assessment and pharmacokinetic modeling from Bayesian perspectives.
