John Zweck is an Associate Professor in the Department of Mathematics and
Statistics and is an Affiliate Associate Professor in the
Department of Computer Science and Electrical Engineering at UMBC.
He is a member of UMBC's Center for Advanced Studies in Photonics Research
(CASPR). His current research interests include modeling
of optical systems, discrete differential geometry, and computational
anatomy. He has also done research in geometric analysis.
Dr. Zweck received his Ph.D. in Mathematics from Rice University in 1993.
